VoIP Integration Phone Remote allows you to take control of one, many or all Cisco phones from anywhere with network connectivity.
Phone Remote allows you to test remote site features such as conferencing, call routing and SRST. See the actual phone and see the phone screen when troubleshooting or training end users.

Key strokes sent to the phone are interpreted as if the user had pressed the key on the actual phone. Screen updates show the screen as displayed on the device

A call me feature allows you to configure a destination phone number, with a single click the remote device will call you on speaker.

Key stroke macros allow users to record or enter a series of key strokes which are sent to the phone as a group. Common functions such as Call Info, Phone Reset and Factory Erase are easily accessed with pre-programmed macro buttons.

Phone remote has two viewing modes, single phone which looks exactly like the physical phone and multi view where you can see and control multiple phones at the same time.

  • With a Call Manager /Express End User that has device association you can control the phone via its IP address.
  • With a Call Manager Admin user that has AXL permissions search right from within Phone Remote for a phone using it’s Extension, Description or MAC address. Call Manager Express XML User can search by Extension, or MAC Address.
