Bulk CTL/ITL Eraser allows you to quickly and easily bulk delete CTL/ITL files remotely. Erasing CTL/ITL files is normally a manual process performed on the physical phone. This can lead to major issues if during an upgrade of migration the phones no longer trust the TFTP server.

The resulting lack of trust of the TFTP server means the phone will continue to use the last known good configuration file, meaning any changes on made on the server will not take effect on the phone.

VoIP Integration Bulk CTL Eraser you to select phones by Device Pool, Location, Calling Search Space, Partition or Extensions and place them into a group to erase the CTL/ITL files. With the use of it's advanced queuing engine, Bulk CTL Eraser works through the phones in the group, simulating users key-presses to remotely perform the task of erasing the CTL/ITL files.

Bulk CTL Eraser utilizes a CTI connection to Cisco Unified Communications Manager to communicate with the phones, this allows for CTL/ITL files to be erased even when the phones web server is unable to accept remote control requests due to trust issues.

If the phone is registered with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Bulk CTL Eraser can quickly and efficiently erase the CTL/ITL files from thousands of phones in minutes!

Bulk CTL Eraser is the hands down the easiest way to deal with issues created by Cisco Security by Default and ITL trust problems.

Bulk CTL Eraser now includes an ITL Status Scanner which can be used for FREE with absolutely no purchase necessary.

Just download the installer from here and without a license installed the scan functionality will allow you to determine the ITL status of your complete cluster, device pools, groups or individual phones.

The scan will identify which phones have a valid ITL or invalid ITL file along with which phones can be remotely repaired or require manual intervention. The results can then be exported to CSV file for your own use or you can create a group right from within Bulk CTL/ITL eraser for automatic removal of the ITL files.

Licensing is based on a per cluster model for $1999/cluster.

Bulk CTL Eraser can erase the CTL/ITL files from an unlimited number of phones connected to the cluster and may be loaded on an unlimited number of workstations.

An evaluation license can be requested here which allows you to fully test Bulk CTL Eraser in your environment on up to 10 nominated phones.
